Ordered a 6 inch ham with bacon bread was rock hard, 2 slices of ham… yes two slices total… kids working didn’t care, one was making a personal sandwich and the other was taking cookies out of the case.Don’t even bother stopping here. Waste of time and money.
I went in to order the same sandwich as I had a week ago from this same subway. There was only this one guy working with one other customer in front of me. He attempted to start my sandwich as he was finishing the previous customers sandwich, but I was told they didn't have meatballs. So I took a few seconds to make another decision. I decided on the chicken bacon ranch. The sandwich was toasted, and it appeared the sandwich was made well, but once I got on the road as a truck driver, I took a bite out of the sandwich, and the freaking meat was cold. Honestly, if I had the time, I would have turned around and taken the entire sub back. I felt like he was rushing everything from the time I walked in, up to the time I left for no reason. It's bad enough that we pay more for everything in truck stop compared to other stores, but to get a cold sandwich that should have been warm to hot is ridiculous. I will definitely let him, management, or someone know about this on my next stop into this location.
Why is this Subway always closed ??? Everything is set up to serve but they always tell drivers they closed. It's 1130 am you are the only thing here .. Do better Subway. Drivers depend on you...
I had a good visit. Maya is very efficient and professional yet polite while taking her orders and making your sandwich. Very pleasant to deal with. The older lady at the register was very nice as well. Subway missed the mark on that nasty footlong pretzel, tho. It was warm but it was tough and not at all good, also it is served with honey mustard sauce which I didn't try because I wasn't impressed with the pretzel stick to begin with. Didn't even finish it, tossed it. They need to cease marketing for this and just scrap the whole idea. Cut your losses, subway, and, customers: don't bother buying it.
