Starbucks - Olive Branch

This was the absolute worst Starbucks location I have ever been to.The staff was the rudest people we’ve ever encountered. The man that took our order was shockingly hateful; like mean-mugging us while we ordered. He forgot or ignored my food order and blatantly rolled his eyes when I approached the counter again to reorder it. I couldn’t believe how they treated their customers.Honestly they should fire everyone and start over.

I love this location! I always order through the app and my order is always there waiting for me when I walk in. The baristas at this location are really nice, too. The drinks are always great and every time I go it’s just an overall positive experience. I’ll even drive a little farther just to come to this location.

Pretty bad. Slow, understaffed, unapologetic for mistakes. Multiple times have ordered and been told there’s “no ice”. Poorly managed can’t even make sure basic items to run the business are available and ready. Take money for orders they know they cannot fill.

This is my favorite Starbucks, always greeted with a smile and they even take time to draw a little sketch on cup to make sure I have a Meowday! How 'd they know I love cats!!! Always puts a smile on my face?

This is the worst Starbucks in Desoto county. I’ve patronized all of them yet this location is ALWAYS out of stock and the drinks never taste the same as made at other locations. I drive to the Southaven locations. Getwell and Airways are the best!
