Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered 50 party wings for pickup. I had a $50 loan from DoorDash, so I really applied the credits to the order. The price before the discount was $66 and $16 after. I wanted to pick up my order, and I saw it on the switch ready for pickup. The young lady behind the register said that she couldn't give me my order unless I cancelled my order with DD and paid it directly. Another gentleman in the kitchen came out to explain to me that I can get $66 in wings for $16 because they were demolished by DD. I tried to explain to them that DD takes care of the PROMO and it will not affect the payment to the restaurant. Common sense, right? I remind you that the payment/transaction has already been fully paid. I just wanted my order I paid for. You wouldn't give me my food! If a company uses DD, then they should know how all the rules work. All in all, I gave empty hand with my wife and my children waiting for 30 for a pick-up order ready for pick-up. I took care of a few charges in the area and decided to go back to make it right, maybe cancel my DD order, and start from scratch with the payment as my wings were on the counter and ready for pickup and a hungry family. My children were looking forward to some wings for dinner. But NOPE. I went back to the restaurant to pay the full price out of the bag, but something CRAZY happened. The cashier I had been dealing with over time was cleaning the soda machines. I walked in and was not closer than 10 feet from her and said, Hey. Excuse me? She seems to have been attacked by me and said: Maine, I will cut you. I should cut you for that? I was started immediately and was like, Excuse me???? Everything he said was? What? He led me the question of how I harassed the employees. I didn't say another word. It wasn't worth it. I just walked out and I'll never be back. They are soooo unprofessional and I wasted so much time and energy to feed my children's food. The children were deeply disappointed, but we left empty hand and I had to explain to my children on a long journey home, the best way to do what happened. Terrible. We ordered them several times since we moved to the area a year ago. They certainly have fantastic wings, but don't be back because of their recurring terrible customer service.
We're just done. Cook your own wings. I wish I had. The taste was good, the wings were super tiny. We had the bbq, honey gold, lemon pepper flavors. We won't be back. Save your money!
Ordered the $18.50 10 pieces full wing combo listed on the menu on THEIR website. The whole lady said I'd give 15 minutes. I'm looking up and the lady has to enter my card in the system. She gives me a cup to drink. I'm telling her the soda I tried was out. She says they're all out. You need to get this and touch the tea or Kool-Aid machine. I'm coming home and looking at my reception and seeing that I've been charged for the combo in 24.99. I'll call back to tell them I was overloaded. The lady says the combo is actually $24.99. I told her it was listed on her website as 18.50. She says the website also says that prices can vary. Guess who never ordered Rayfords again? I ordered this for my husband and child. They enjoyed the wings. The service is unacceptable. And the beverage machine was dirty, so I didn't get the tea or whatever was in the other beverage dispenser. If you love wings and like to be surprised by the cost and availability of products you have ordered, call them today. They had really fast service. Edit: How about I just went to the kitchen and saw that they gave us regular pommes instead of the spiced pommes for which they calculated an additional $0.50. Terrrrrrrible. If bad service makes you lose your appetite, don't call.
On Saturday Aug 21,2021 I arrived at 7:30pm and they are closed. The faded paper sign says that they close at 8pm. Please update your hours or that you're closed due to COVUD19.
I ordered from here through DoorDash. Their system was down so my driver had to reorder my food. I was outdone at what they put on my plate. I ordered a 10 combo they didn?t give me the fries from that and a smoke sausage combo that I could barely bite in to. This was my first time ordering from here. I don?t know if I?ll be back.
