The restaurant has a clean environment and a friendly staff. However, the wait time for orders can be quite lengthy; it’s not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for a simple meal. This often leads to frustrated customers in the lobby during lunch hours due to the delays. Personally, I'm not usually in a hurry for my food, so it doesn't affect me much. But if you're pressed for time, you'll want to plan around the lunchtime rush.

I called to speak with the manager because my husband and I found it ridiculous that there's a sign asking for patience, yet the young woman at the register didn’t smile at all. When we requested a toy, she simply closed the window without providing it. If this location experiences problems with rude customers, it’s likely due to a lack of customer service training. To top it off, our meals were cold.

The food is decent, but it no longer qualifies as fast food. This restaurant is consistently understaffed, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you're in a rush.

$21 for a couple sandwiches and a Coke. All you can eat buffet cost less and it is good food. The half hour in line doesn't make this fast food either. Last time I eat here.

I visited this restaurant three times last month, and each time there was an issue with my order. It's nice that the staff are friendly, especially since many of them are just starting their careers. However, with a minimum wage of $15 an hour, I would expect better attention to detail, especially when the orders are being taken from a screen. I suspect the food is simply being warmed up. If I didn't have to work at 2 PM, I would make the trip back to address the mistakes, but I have a feeling it wouldn't make much difference anyway.
