They employ 1 minimum wage employee to work busy shifts, and these people are miserable as they frantically try to make sandwiches for customers waiting in line and, at the same time, attempt to fill online orders. Happy profit-taking, slave owners.
Bad introduction, small portion of meat, bad service, I never have paid so much for a protein bowl.
I’m concerned about this store. The staff cannot speak English. They are going to do things the way they’re comfortable with and you can’t tell them anything or they’re going to get super confused because they know little English. That’s out of control.
I went to pick up a uber eats order and the employee Danny refused to make the subs, he told me he didnt have the chicken so i contacted the customer to see if they wanted a replacement, the employee didnt want to speak to the customer so i gave the customer the options the employee gave me, when the customer said they wanted steak the employee said he didnt want to make the subs and started yelling at me and told me to leave the store, the employee did this while I had the customer on the phone. I would hope that corporate would consider the fact that uber had 3 of us come here today and to be treated like this was so unprofessional
We definately did not get the 33% more meat on any of our 3 sandwiches when we got them home. For example the titan turkey, on the 1st half that was eaten of the 12 inch sandwich it only had maybe 4 pieces of turkey. Next time will go in and watch sandwiches being made and not order through app as it is not worth the 50% off each second in price and get 50% in all the sandwiches.
