Unfortunately I was a cash customer machines do not accept cash as a disabled man in my 50s who is dyslexic and unable to read the machines properly, so I had no breakfast no food, out of embarrassment, having to leave the store empty-handed and then going to McDonald’s a bit further up the road. I think subway needs to encourage their stuff to provide a far better customer service, not all people are able or willing to use the machines provided very unhappy customer
Just went in to buy sandwiches and was greated by ordering machines. I asked if I could orderer at the counter (shop was empty) told no I had to use the machine. Found it very confusing and walked out. Seriously is service so difficult? I won't be using this shop again.
They have brought in touch screen ordering and it's a nightmare. I was clearly struggling (as was everyone else) and I asked if I could order with the person and she basically said no. So I continued with the order and then she had to make it anyway!? But I wasted 5 minutes on the machine. Then she made 3 Uber eats/deliveroo orders in front of mine. I've also ordered from this place and it came smashed up and bent. Unfortunately the service and food in this subway is terrible compared to others.
After they brought kiosk have to wait for ever coz kiosk is in priority. Will stop using it
Was greeted by a touchscreen and when I tried to order i couldnt customise how I wanted it, I was told thats just how it is now . I voted with my wallet and left and wont return, thats just how it is now!
