Kfc Huddersfield Road - Oldham

As always I will not be paid for these contributions, although I would not reject it. ok KFC..where can they go wrong if their vegan?. my dear to (kentucky fried huh) goes back a long way, but I will not allow this to affect an honest review. the filiale we recently visited when we got through was along huddersfield rd near oldham city center. good friendly staff, the place seems to be kept clean and tidy. in this branch (as well as a bank) they have the choice to eat to play for a takeaway, or even to get a ride through meal. there is a sufficient parking space and a delivery to house. the only light negatiw of my experience was to check their order before they go. these youngs work so fast preparation ordering that occasionally they find their frightening or whatever small extras they like have been nebula. his really delicious food trust me..

We ordered 2 boneless banquet meals an the wait for a drive thru was disgusting it shouldn’t take that long, and to top it off the chicken wasn’t cooked enough we didn’t even eat it end up straight in the bin and the boneless chicken didn’t even come in it’s own tray they was just in the box bouncing everywhere, the gravy was so watery just rolled of anything you dipped in to it

Bun on burger was burnt, ash brown was soggy and the food was cold, when we arrived at the drive through no one was there , so we had to drive around to the hatch that gives the food to order and pay for the food , staff just laughing and joking among themselves, won’t return and will tell others to avoid as well.

This has to be the worst shop anywhere for bad service , we waited in a queue of 2 for 30 minutes whilst all the takeaway drivers orders were made up , only one person making up the orders and after 30 minutes our order still not taken we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. No one seemed in charge and no sign of a manager to complain to . Absolute diabolical service , not the fault of the person making up the orders but lack of customer service from a senior person . No wonder this shop has such bad reviews on here .

If I could give this S#*T hole of a so called restaurant 0 stars I would. What a bunch of complete useless people are employed at this KFC You have been warned
