Dunkin' - Old Town

The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. It's clear that they truly work hard to keep their customers satisfied. They always recognize my order and typically have it ready before I even pull out my wallet. Instead of a robotic greeting, I’m welcomed back every time! Mornings can get hectic with school drop-offs and traffic, but this place is worth it! If you make a habit of visiting, you definitely won't regret it.

This restaurant is definitely the best in the area! The staff is fantastic, and the manager is always actively involved, working incredibly hard. Some of the negative comments I've seen are simply not accurate. No one is perfect—let's see how well those critics would handle the job day in and day out, managing hundreds of customers who often throw tantrums over minor mistakes or behave entitled, thinking that working at a Dunkin' is easy. It’s not! The constant interaction with the public can be challenging. The team here truly puts in the effort. They deserve some recognition. We're all just people!

This is a wonderful coffee shop that prioritizes customer satisfaction and has a friendly atmosphere. However, they occasionally tend to be a bit slow and sometimes forget to include items like toppings for your bagel or extras like cream cheese and napkins. While these aren't major issues, the staff is always willing to make things right and ensure you leave happy!
