Whataburger - Old Town Spring

This location is beyond slow; like stupid slow. I did a mobile order around 6pm for pick up around 6:45- why did I get there and have to wait 30 more minutes?!! Got my food and left around 7:30. Ridiculous! Not the first time either. They're just really slow here and I don't understand why.

I went today with my family for a meal the food was OK. The issue was there were no drink selections only tea water or shakes. Bad experience. Employees just standing around. I enjoy the food here but there is an issue every time I eat here

Whataburger gets marks this high when compared to other fast food chains. I've tried In Out Burger I found them bland difficult to order from. Whataburger puts its large selection right on the menu, will do whatever you want. There is no comparison unless you're comparing the right wrong way to make fast food.

Always come here, food is usually good but tonight was a mess. They messed up my sons burger, I took it inside and they “fixed it” luckily I checked when I got back to the car because it was wrong again. I was told they gave me the wrong burger which means they probably have the kid in the drive thru the wrong one as well. Also the soda was extra sweet but no carbonation.

Never order curbside with them. They are the worst when it comes to curbside orders.
