They did not respect the reservation made on opentable, arguing that they no longer work with this app. The manager, in the middle of my argument asking why they are listed on a reservation app that they do not honor, ignored me and started talking to someone else who approached. Terrible service and zero customer attention! There were more people with the same problem.

Overall, the place is well-organized and very lively. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the waiters are very attentive. The downside of my experience was with the food and the space. In terms of the food, there were no issues with the flavor, but they first brought me the main course before my soup. When I asked for it to be taken away so I could eat my soup first, they took it away and by the time it returned, the food was a little burnt. As for the space, I did not like being so cramped with other diners or businesses. Moreover, the sound for the game was too low for the amount of people present.

The music was too loud. The service was good. The food was average. They made a mistake with the bill but corrected it without any problem. My only issue was that it was too noisy for a Sunday afternoon. It didn't feel like the right atmosphere for midday.

We used OpenTable to make a reservation at this restaurant, which was located a subway ride and a walk away. However, when we arrived at the location, we found that the restaurant was closed.

The food at this restaurant is always delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The service is top-notch and the location is convenient.
