The first time I stopped in the environment was very friendly and clean. However, when I received the order, it had too much lemon that it was unbearable to even drink.I told the young lady about it and she said Oh, I must put too much lemon . I asked for a refund, and her response was that only a manager could do it, and she wasn 't available. She kept my receipt and told me she would let the manager know. 5 days later, there is no refund.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie is delicious. Never had any issues and customer service has been great with the many times I've been there.
