Old Town Mexican Cafe - Old Orcutt

We done here probably on 6-7 times aYear. I don’t like to post bad review but completely upset how we were handled. Came in to place a to go order. The waitress asks if we are dining in, tell her no we need to place a take out order. She said so not dining in. Repeated no placing an order to take out. She said well I’m going to take care of them and grabs a family behind us to help them. Seriously could have been handled differently. Needless to say we left I guess only get service if you eat there.

Usually good but the steak fajita were terrible the other day. chewy lowest grade beef you could find , the veggies were mostly onions. Not cool.

Wanted to try a local spot in town but staff handled the situation horribly. Long story short, we found hair in our burrito and let the server know. ”Ok, I can let the manager know”..end of story. Wow, Thanks?

Good family friendly restaurant. Quiet atmosphere. Deco a little dated.

This place rules. I usually call in and it's ready in about 10 minutes. Great food and service!
