Dunkin' - Old Ellicott City

I pick up donuts here for the volunteers and this place is always packed. At least in the drive-thru. When you go inside, sometimes it takes quite a while for them to acknowledge you. Once they're used to you coming in, you'll get better service.

The only dunkin donuts which charges for ice water!!

Poor Dunkin location, but they seem to have plenty of traffic in their drive thru line.A $3 cup of coffee shouldn’t have a ton of grounds to chew at the bottom.

Disgustingly rude staff! Especially the lady that works the drive thru. Her attitude stinks! Looking at the other reviews it seems like this location is fine with its employees treating its customers poorly. Will not come back!

It's a typical dunkin. I stopped at this place for my wife. I got a coffee, black, with a little ice so I wouldn't burn my mouth. They added just enough ice. And it was good coffee.
