Went through drive thru this morning dated 11/25/2023 approximately 6:30-7:00 Person taking orders didn't know what she was doing. Person cooking didn't get order right either. This place is getting worse every time I go there. We are regular customers, and recently the food is either over cooked, dried out or the order is completely wrong. We will start going else where.
Online order was not found when I placed it first time. 2nd time they started preparing the order after 20 mins when I was waiting in the driveway. Received it after 30 mins at 10.30 pm. No consideration and the crew memeber was chilling.
Always pretty clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. Had a misunderstanding with what was on my sandwich. Called them and the had one remade fresh for me when I got there. By far our favorite BK!
Update 4/29/23 survey promo is being more charged by mgmt! For that I'm giving 1 only. Not following corporate rules. Specials and promos have changed. It looks like it all moving to the BK app.
