Red Lobster - Old Bridge

I ordered two shrimp linguine Alfredo dishes, and my total was $37.30. Unfortunately, both pasta servings were quite dry and needed more Alfredo sauce. To make matters worse, I found a red hair in one of the dishes, but my hair is brown. I've eaten at this restaurant many times before, and I've never had an experience like this. I tried to call the restaurant that night, but the phone was busy, and then they closed. The next morning, I was on hold for an hour without anyone answering. I even called back pretending to place an order to speak to a manager, but I was put on hold again and still got no response. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

First, our server was Tatti, and she was wonderful! I would give her 10 stars for her service. Next, the food was fantastic; my kids had steaks and loved them. I ordered lobster stuffed with crabmeat, and the taste was spot on. It was totally worth it. Overall, we had a great experience!

It's been years since my last visit to Red Lobster, and the girls and I decided to meet up there. When I arrived, I parked in the lot and walked in to give the hostess our party's name. She then escorted me to our table. Our waiter, Julian, tried his best, but it was clear that the restaurant was short-staffed. I started with a margarita, which was just average, and then I tried the red sangria, which was also just okay. For my meal, I ordered the garlic shrimp skewers, and they were decent. However, the mashed potatoes I received were hard, as if they'd been sitting out for a while. Julian did manage to separate our checks, which was a plus. Overall, we had an average experience.

You’ve done a fantastic job introducing new dishes, like the salmon options, while still keeping the classic favorites. The service was excellent today; I think Mike was our server, and he did an amazing job! He definitely raised the bar!
