Kfc - Old Bridge

I noticed they had a limited supply of extra crispy options, so I had to settle for half original. The food was good, but I really wanted the extra crispy. The trash bins were overflowing, but aside from that, the place was clean. The staff was friendly.

I dined at this restaurant tonight (11/18/22) after work. A young lady took my order but never followed up on it, making it seem like she was just there to collect a paycheck. After waiting 5–10 minutes with no updates, I noticed that the group behind me received their orders right away. Fortunately, a young man named Mazu recognized my wait and addressed the issue. He quickly resolved the problem and got my order to me promptly. This man deserves a raise or a promotion for his outstanding customer service!

On October 30, 2022, I had a wonderful experience at KFC. The cashier was incredibly kind and professional, greeting us with a smile. He provided excellent service to both my family and me. Thank you, KFC staff, for your great hospitality!

Good food. I received exactly what I expected from kfc!
