I wish I could include photos with my review. As a regular customer, I was very disappointed with my recent experience regarding the quantity and service. I’m frustrated with both the service and the quality I received. On 10/21/2020, I ordered 8 ice creams (Order No. 097) and found that JARED O barely served enough. When I brought this to his attention, he didn’t seem to listen, almost as if I was talking to a wall. To make matters worse, he charged me for an extra ice cream, which I hope will be refunded soon. I ended up spending 8 dollars on an ice cream that didn’t reflect a proper quantity. I've never had this issue before, and since I’m a regular customer, I would like the store manager to reach out to me. If not, I might have to consider not returning to this location again. I am truly dissatisfied.

The ice cream here is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of flavors, including pistachio and chocolate, each more vibrant than the last. The cakes are also beautifully colorful.

I won't be improving my rating until they provide a list of ice cream flavors at the drive-thru. If you're going to offer the option to order ice cream after hours, why not display the available flavors? HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO PRINT A LIST OF FLAVORS???? This has to be the most frustrating aspect of this place. Then the staff acts annoyed when you ask about the flavors. I understand that no one wants to read off 30+ options, but they could easily have the list posted outside. It's utterly ridiculous. This is the third time I'm asking the workers to tell management about this issue.

This place is such a nightmare. Going through the drive thru, you can see dirty machines, people are rude and just walking around doing nothing while there are people lined up. I went at night around 11, so maybe the kids working just didn't care. Maybe better in the daytime when their is a manager on duty.

Great location off of Route 9 South with a drive thru. Praline and cream ice cream with a sugar cone. Pleasant staff and rapid service.
