Run, don’t walk, and try these pastries.I’m so impressed with the laminated dough. It is the perfect marriage of flaky and toothsome; which is very hard to achieve. These are pastries worth driving for no matter where you live.

This bakery has the BEST selection of gluten free pastries and orders to cater to those who need GF items (such as pies). The ingredients are fresh and it's hard to find a true made from scratch and locally sourced bakery like this one! Excellent pastries/pies etc!

I'm newly gluten free. Ordered a gluten free pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I've discovered in short time that gluten free items vary drastically in taste and quality. Not only was their pie delicious, it was one of the best pecan pie's, gluten free or not that I've ever had! Great job Yellow Brick Bakery!!
