My husband and I came around 1030 pm through the drive thru and some long haired Caucasian boy said that the fryer was down and they had someone on the way to fix it. Secondly, he gave us 2 Pepsi's when I ordered one Pepsi and one diet . Lastly, my husband seen them drop our food on the floor and was going to serve it to us.Never will go to this place again!!
When this store first opened, this was perfect. Never busy (COVID), orders were 100% correct and quickly prepared, everyone working was really nice. The last 3 times we've gone, we've been told they were out of multiple things, had to make substitutions, had to wait over 25 minutes in the drive thru, and had our order wrong twice (which we never realize until we're home because we have the correct number and shapes of things, but they have the wrong ingredients or something). It's really unfortunate. Now I have to have a battle to get myself to go back.
How would I receive the experience? Mildly depressing. The customer service for the drive through was awful, the person obviously didn't even try to act, just didn't care at all. In addition the order was for 2 shredded chicken burritos, 1 cheese roll up, and a Baja blast. What I got was 2 shredded chicken burritos a bean and beef burrito and a soda water with a slight hint of blue. Truly a let down as taco Bell is usually my go to.
I call ahead and ask how long they serve breakfast. They tell me 11. I get there at 10:45 and they 're no longer doing breakfast . Really? So I drove all this way for nothing. Not cool.
Terrible. Three times I?ve gone there. Three times a significant number of items were missing when I got my food. Avoid. Find another Taco Bell to visit. This one doesn?t care that you get the food you order. Update: twice they?ve gotten my order correct! It?s getting better.
