Starbucks - Olathe

I’m super happy with the customer service especially Eli. It truly made my day the manager and another girl was super nice thank you for making my day this morning. I will be definitely stay coming to this Starbucks.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks ever. I keep thinking it will get better but no matter what time I go, I always sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The last 2 times, my coffee has been warm, not hot. Done with this location.

This Starbucks is the only location that I find cannot keep pace, especially in the morning. 9/10 times I try to go there’s a line of cars on both sides out to Loula St, and through the shopping center parking lot. Not good.

By far the SLOWEST Starbucks on earth. Not just because they are busy. We were 2nd in line once and we're there for over 18 mins waiting… As far as quality on food and drinks it's pretty good with the occasional Starbucks miss you get at all of them. The product was fine, but the last several times have been a hassle, coffee is what I order, and it has taken more than 20 minutes each of the last times I have stopped.. one time they lost my order, the next time they were just busy, and I ordered something that wasn’t ready in a dispenser, so they needed to do a pour over.. except they didn’t tell me that.. I had time to eventually go to my car and start it up so my groceries would not spoil.. It was finally ready and had to wait another 5 min … – show
