I arrived around 9:30pm, and yes it did take about 15min before they answered the speaker when I pushed the button. But know what? They were SLAMMED, and know what else? It didn 't help that they had a group of boys that had arrived together that had decided they were tired of waiting and had spread out going to separate speakers and pushed the buttons (very repeatedly I might add, what was sad was the adult that was with them encouraging this behavior . Meanwhile they had other people pushing buttons. This group proceeded to flood the 1 speaker that was finally answered yelling out to everyone else 'HEY WE GOT ONE!!!! ' and people flocking to one speaker. Come on people! Is your 1/2 prize shake that important? Do you REALLY need to be waited that quickly? They were doing the best the can, I mean seriously. WHAT do you have going on at 9:30 at night that requires you to be waited on before other people who had arrived? Are you REALLY that important? Add to that group other people that were flagging down car hops (which BTW I only saw 2 of them and they were BOOKING it! So you drive up at least 5min after I do, and who knows how much past people who had arrived before me, push your button several times and then flag down a car hop and demand she take your order (um hello do you see a pen and note pad in her hand? , and then get pissed when she doesn 't take your order? Look, they were busy, they were doing the best they could. I felt bad for the staff last night and disgusted that so many people were acting like impatient little 2yr olds! SERIOUSLY! My pre-schoolers have better patience then some of youl! It looked like a bunch of sharks circling a raft waiting for the right time to attack. Yeah I 'm talking to you jerk who circled the front of the building peeking into the windows giving them dirty looks. Those of you that were acting like such JERKS only delayed their response to you and to others around you. Instead of sitting down and being patient you caused the employee 's much distress. I pushed the button just ONE time and guess what? I got waited on eventually (after they had to deal with all you babies and they were nice and got my order CORRECT! Sometimes a little patience and kindness can go a long way. Something today 's society seems to have lost. So while it was a wait (not their fault I got great service from this location last night. 5 stars to the staff and 0 stars to all the jerks that couldn 't give them a little time to respond.
This place was really friendly, didn't cut me off before I could thank them for taking my order. When I got my food, the mozzarella sticks tasted fresh, and the grilled cheese was on point. Next time I'm in town, I will most likely be back to that sonic
The food is usually good at this location. The service is always so slow even when they aren’t busy. Most of the items here are very good. My favorites are the chili cheese dog, cheese sticks, cherry limeade, chicken and the cheeseburger just to name a few.
Wow! on google says it closes today at 9 o'clock on Sunday, but then says the local store, it closes by 7 o'clock wow what a credible experience
Waited so long until they reacted to the red button, my car died. it is a safe bet they ignore stall numbers when they are busy, I think that's what happened here. 9:15 o'clock visit to 8/8/22
