Mcdonald's - Olathe

I waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger that I never received. It was clear that the staff working there tonight did not want to be there. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 10:53 PM. At 11:00 PM, I received a notification thanking me for my order, but there were many people ahead of me in line. By 11:15, I attempted to speak to someone about my order, but no one responded—not just to me, but also to the two cars behind me who were also waiting for assistance. Eventually, I left around 11:21 without my food. Now I have to call McDonald's to get a refund. It would be much better if the restaurant just closed at 10 PM.

I had to park and go inside to pick up my order. It took over 10 minutes for them to prepare my fresh chicken sandwich, and it wasn't even salted. I'm very disappointed with this experience.

When they handed me the first child's meal, they accidentally included two large Sprites. I tried to refuse one, but the young lady at the window insisted it was a mistake. Sometimes, it doesn’t feel worth the trouble to complain, no matter how much you’ve spent. We had driven quite a distance for a small event and chose this place, thinking it would be a convenient stop, only to end up needing to go somewhere else to replace the burger that wasn’t worth eating.

Avoid this restaurant I wouldn't say all McDonald's are bad but this one always pulls you for words they never bring your food out you have to go in to get your food well this time I did not go in and get my food I just left I will never be back

We went to this McDonald's at midnight. first we get a stupid automated voice message and it took five minutes to take our order because the woman would not understand us and and told us that they don't serve cream cheese and asked us if we needed anything else three times. We asked for three Mc flurry's. We got to the first window and they took our money. Then we went to the second window and they said that their ice cream machine closes at midnight. They then proceeded to take five minutes to refund her money and phone and they proceeded to laugh and take videos of each other with their ice cream while we were still waiting for our refund.I do not recommend this McDonald's. Never come here. So rude.
