Ice Cream La Tuna - Olathe

Always have amazing flavors and the girl I always see they are very helpful and just make the time I'm in there very enjoyable.

This is a perfect place for anybody with a sweet tooth. There are plenty of options, which range from a couple of scoops of ice cream into a cone to smoothies to sundaes to banana splits and then some. All of it is influenced by a south-of-the-border mindset. Service could be better. The staff is mostly young employees, who while able to help out and answer questions perfectly fine, were also a little more focused on their friends. I completely understand. I was that age once. I'm older now, and I wish I could get through the line quicker so I could enjoy my dessert sooner.

It is 935 and I pulled up to the door there was two younger girls that walked directly to the door and turned off all the lights. First of it states they close at 10pm second that is horrible customer service. Someone should teach these young ladies that work is work and customer service is important especially to a small business like them. Very un-profesional.

Horrible customer service, the food is okay however because of the service I doubt that I will be back and I will doubt that they survive in business when they treat people poorly.

Absolutely the worst service! Went in and out of tuna (like as in the name of the place) and then was told like 5 minutes to make esquites...20 minutes later, we are told that it still isn’t ready and if we want to keep waiting. This was only at like 6:40, and they don’t close until 10...clearly our money was not wanted at all! The 2 girls were about as rude as can be!
