Papa Johns Pizza - Okotoks

Ordered and paid online. The order went through, and when the delivery driver arrived, he stated I still needed to pay my bill.I called the location and received terrible customer service. I was told that they didn't control the app, so I needed to pay again. Even the receipt the delivery driver showed me said the balance was $0.00.To top it off, the pizza and jalapeño bites were cold.Will be using Pizza Hut moving forward.

I made a mistake on my online order and accidentally ordered two of the same pizzas. When I got there to pick it up and discovered my mistake they were super understanding. Even though they had already made both pizzas they made my other one on the spot. Great service and great people here.

Probably one of the best chain pizza joints. Delicious crust and the tomato sauce is slightly sweet. Love the jalapeno included!
