KFC - Okotoks

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and received excellent service. The food was hot and fresh. I don't understand why this location has a low rating.

We stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the chicken dinners. The service was rather slow even though it was not busy with customers. The chicken was average and what one would expect from a KFC. But, it filled that 'once a year urge' to eat this food. The fries were really good!

I had planed to make fish for dinner, but it didn't smell, right, so I opted to run into Okotoks to the KFC. I ordered a family bucket of chicken, fries, gravy, 2 salads. 1 Pasta & 1 Coleslaw. I had request it to be extra crispy, they young man said they don't cook their chicken extra crispy.. OK. Paid & got home the bottom of the bucket had a 1/4 cup of oil, I i had to bake them extra on a cookie cooling rack. I wanted to call the restaurant owner..but I don't think they would care..Ill be lickin my fingers somewhere else...

This location has great service and the chicken is not as greasy as some KFC locations, seems like they change their fryer oil more often too.

Haven't had KFC for a long time but needed quick dinner tonight. In drive thru tried to order "Chicken Feast meal" which was to include sides, gravy etc...the server on drive thru had no idea what I was talking about even when I explained the order board to her. Did not get what I wanted opted for 12 pieces of chicken fries an a gravy. Fries were not good. By the time we got home they were tough and cold...Chicken was cooked well. Will be a long while before I drive thru for chicken again...
