After sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes, I finally parked and went inside to find out what was going on and they told me that they weren’t able to pull up my order and that it had been canceled. I showed Barbara, the store manager on duty, my phone and the app showing where it was not canceled and she said “I’m sorry, sir there’s nothing I can do“ didn’t offer to sell me any food pretty much just told me to kick rocks. When I called back to get the owners information, she hung up on me.
Don 't usually have too many problems, I 'd say the average problems that come up every once in awhile, but last Sunday I went in around 9:30 and it was not a good experience. It was my first time going in instead of drive through in over a year. I sat at my table and ordered my food on the app to get points. Not too long after they call my name so I go to get it but it 's not in the bag table. So I 'm standing there and one of them watched me walk up and they all just ignored me and kept walking by and one girl kept making eye contact with me and walking by before I could get her attention and it was obvious I need something and wasn 't just waiting for an order that wasn 't done. I 'm patient so I wait a good few minutes and finally just say sir a few time to this guy and I tell him they called my name but my bag isn 't here and he looks and grabs my bag from behind the counter and hands it to me, I sit down and I 'm missing my sauce I ordered, I go to ask for it and ofc get ignored again and the same girl ofc walked by making eye contact but ignoring me. I finally get my sauce after waiting a food amount of time and I sit down and realize I never got my drink so I trudge back up there and get ignored and have to get someone 's attention for that and there was another guy having problems and before he left on my third time up there said good luck cause he saw my struggle and his.
My breakfast was hot and fast! The service was great! It normally is in the mornings. Normally mid-afternoon to evening time it gets a little rough. But everybody's doing their best. I'm glad I gave them another chance for breakfast.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was so good I forgot I was at a fast food restaurant.
