Wingstop - Oklahoma City

I ordered my food online from this restaurant. I got the 10-piece wing combination with garlic parmesan flavor. When I went to pick up my order, there was a sign indicating that they were training new staff, so call-in orders had to wait an hour. This didn't affect me, so I still got my food without a problem. However, when I got home, I found that my wings were swimming in garlic oil with no trace of parmesan, just straight oil. This was unusual for me, as I am a regular customer and usually have no issues with this place. I have only seen this happen when they have new employees, so I hope everything goes smoothly in the future.

I ordered a 50-piece party package for takeout. When I arrived to pick it up, my order was being packed by the staff, ensuring that I would receive hot, fresh fried wings. However, when I got home and opened my bag, I was disappointed to find that the wings were dried out and barely warm, and the French fries were overcooked and almost burnt. This was definitely not worth the $73 I paid for it.

I really enjoy Wingstop. Their wings are always fresh and the Cajun sauce is outstanding. However, this particular location has struggled with their service. It's conveniently close to my home, so I come here often. Unfortunately, as I sit in my car and write this review, I'm still waiting for my online order that should have been ready 10 minutes ago. It seems the order never went through, even though my card was charged immediately and I have a confirmation number. The employee at the counter seemed confused and showed me a list of other people's orders. I'm not sure what that had to do with my situation. After some back and forth, the manager stepped in to finally take my order. It shouldn't have been so complicated. I'll have to wait and see if my order is finally ready.

I called to place a to go order of wings. The girl who answered the phone doesn't speak English. She asked if I spoke Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. This was crazy. She hung up on me after I asked to speak to someone else. I called back four times but no one would answer the phone. Is this a real business??
