Whataburger - Oklahoma City

After a long day we decided to stop for a burger. I had quite appetite, so she ordered me a big burger, and ordered the little children Essen Burger, because she wanted the Fritten (she grew up her).. she asked if they were fresh, and one said they simply took her out. They were cold and stabbed, and my burger had no cheese. We called to replace them, and the guy said they would replace the whole order. We went to the order there the next day and they said they wouldn't. We talked to Caleb. A terrible experience, I won't be back.

Justin Marks is an extraordinary employee. We went to Whataburger at 10:50 to dry our tears from a late night Balder loss. Justin turned our night!! Great attitude and friendly guy. Give him a promotion!

What can I say? It's not bad here. the service was ok, nothing really complaining. The girl was obviously new and tried her best. What else could you ask for? Honestly, there were too many employees there to be dirty near any table. It must be one of the biggest problems I have during the meal. And frankly, it makes me feel like I just want to go. they need to bring the jalapeño cheddar tocuit back.

I love Whataburger, but that's the worst. They always scare my order. I had to circle around so often. Today I ordered Curbside and waited for 25 minutes before I had to go in and my food was already done behind the counter and now it's mushy. I also noticed it was printed out as taking out. I don't understand why they have an option if that's not the case. I feel like they have to hire more people because they get a lot of business and I feel they've messed up so much because they're overwhelmed. But always check your order in this place. Unfortunately, I recently moved so that this is the next.

Great overall experience. Super clean inside, staff was great. The property was clean. This area is known for being a bit shady and full of vagrants but they do a great job keeping them off premises. The parking is a bit limited. Larger vehicles will have issues getting in and out. Re-accessing I 40 is also difficult from this location.
