Whataburger - Oklahoma City

This was my first visit to Whataburger. The meat was well-seasoned and the burgers were large and round. Unfortunately, they were out of the ingredients for the mushroom swiss and Blue burgers that were advertised. Despite this, the food we did get was good. The prices are a bit high, but that seems to be the norm for most fast food places these days.

The Whataburger Jr. combo was served cold, lacked flavor, and the patty was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting out for hours. I've visited multiple locations hoping for better experiences, but unfortunately, the quality seems to be consistent across the chain. I won't even get into the long wait times at some locations. I remember a time when dining at Whataburger was a special treat.

The server was extremely friendly and accommodating. I ordered a patty melt, but unfortunately the patties were undercooked and the bread was soggy. Despite this, I managed to eat it as I didn't have the time to send it back. Fortunately, the rest of our group enjoyed their meals.

I am happy to say that the Whataburger I frequent is a nice, clean, and comfortable place to dine-in. Even though the last visit a downed Milkshake machine was a disappointment and the ice machine at the fountain station was not in working condition. Theyoung man who took our order was very apologetic for the inconveniences and he was doing his best to make sure that we weretaken care of. He provided our ice for our drinks with no problem. When I requested a separate order for him to take care of heprovided me with exactly what I had asked for and brought it to me at our table while we were eating( like I had asked). Oursandwiches were so good the broken milkshake machine became just a memory! Our food was fresh and it was hot when we receivedour order. I highly recommend that you try the restaurant. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I havenever had a bad order from this restaurant and I do frequent it often. I had my mother and my sister come along with me and theyboth live outside of the Oklahoma City district. Now when they come to visit it is their request to go to the establishment.It's a win win situation!

He provided ice for our drinks without any issues and when I requested a separate order to go, he fulfilled it promptly and brought it to our table as I had requested. Our sandwiches were delicious, making us forget about the broken milkshake machine. The food was fresh and hot when we received our order. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant and I frequent it often. I brought my mother and sister from out of state to dine with me and now they look forward to visiting the restaurant whenever they are in town. It is a win-win situation!
