Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Oklahoma City

A mango magic smoothie, a hummus veggie wrap, and a Spanish feta wrap.

I came in today and got 4 smoothies and got in the drive thru and I waited for more than 7 minutes and then I pulled up and a the lady was giving me 2 different orders that were not mine and I keep telling her the name of my order what I asked for and she was couldn’t find and made me park since they couldn’t get. To them I waited for more than 30 minutes

Came here today on Oct 14th 2:10 pm ordered two smoothies and they were terrible just tasted like protein and ice no flavor what so ever went back through the drive-through to tell them about the smoothie and they said they did everything they could and they can’t help me. Peanut Paradise.

Honestly, I came here a few months ago and I was not super impressed. However, whoever the manager there is now has completely turned it around. The food is amazing, the employees are welcoming, the store has been clean every time I have come in these last few weeks and when issues with my order come up, the manager takes the time to personally handle the issues. I have never been to a fast food place that puts this much effort into making sure the customer comes first. This is my only tropical smoothie location that I will be going to in the future.
