The Vault At Casady Square

We had a birthday dinner and enjoyed the private room, which was a great touch. However, the live music was quite loud; even in our private room with the door closed, it was still very audible. On a positive note, our server was fantastic and very patient while attending to our group of nine.

Eating was delicious and they can not beat $3 mimosas and **** mary’s for brunch!

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely return.

When the food arrived, most of it was barely edible. The Caesar salad was topped with something resembling melted butter instead of the proper dressing. The “best dish on the menu,” according to our bartender, was the pasta, which came swimming in a watery sauce. The loaded mac and cheese was so undercooked that the noodles were practically inedible, and the filet mignon was served cold. That was just the beginning of our issues. To make matters worse, we weren't offered dessert because the kitchen had closed—despite having a reservation for a birthday celebration at 7:45 PM. If time was an issue, why accept a reservation that late? We couldn’t send our meals back either since the kitchen was closed. Our waiter took our food order at 8:30 PM. Although we realized that the dinner experience wasn’t meant to be a live music show, given how poorly everything else went, we felt we deserved some sort of discount. I definitely will not be returning, and I’d be surprised if this place stays open until the end of the month. It was incredibly disappointing.
