Tana Thai Bistro - Oklahoma City

Atmosphere: good. hauptdinning area is about the size of an almost food restaurant. decoration was very nice. drink service: needed improvement, my drink was a daeve empty until the personal noticed. food service: good, I ate a yellow curry. flavor was good. some vegetables were cooked. overall the menu offered a limited number of fried rice, noodles, stir them fry and curries. the ingredients in many of the dishes lacked variety. the portion sizes are sufficient for a single eating with little to no rest. the restaurant seems to sell to a large number of carryout customers.

A clean dinner spot. we were looking for a place to dinner and decided to stop here. it was clean and tidy. the waitress was very friendly. we went around 16 o'clock so it wasn't crowded. our food was quickly served and was the perfect temperature. I ordered my usual Thai fair from tofu pad thai and it was delicious. I choose a 3 on her 1-5 spicy scale and it was perfectly spicy. terry has the pineapple frying with huhn. he said it was really tasteful. he got a 1 on the scale of spiciness and was happy with his choice. we both were full and satisfied when we were gone we would definitely make ourselves for a quick dinner.

I came to lunch during a weekday. that was okay, but I thought the part was a little small. but it took a while to get lunch. it's not great if you're in a lunch break. I wasn't impressed.

Eating is average Thai food. the service, however, is terrible. the owner is incredibly rude. I think that eating is not good enough to set up the terrible customer service.

It's crazy to think that the place that got us into Thai food was Tana Thai. That was years ago. We even went to Thailand on our honeymoon. Tonight will be the last time we will ever go here. We have continued to stay loyal over the years inspite of declining quality. Tonight, an hour wait. We were told we couldn't do the spice level we asked for. The curry was extremely watery and pad Thai much more spicy than we asked for. Love affair with this place is officially over.
