This taco bell is in a sketchy part of OKC and let me assure you the crew from the front and back of the house to the security guard are providing top notch service. Bravo folks!
Good place. Always nice staff. I don't know why they lock the doors sometimes to the lobby but food is always fresh and good.
I waited no exaggeration in the line for 20 minutes, then when I got my food home my tacos were completely not thrown in the bag literally. The chicken quesadilla was paper thin and cold. This is by far the worst place in okc. There is another at 23rd not even 5 minutes away, please go there!!
The lobby was closed. I know from the past that the lobby is never open. I asked why the young woman who sat in her car said it was protocol. I don't understand if you're in the food, why the lobby would be closed. Do not advertise within the food if it is not within the restaurant. I'm not sure Covid-19 was all introverted, but I think that's a lot in the Oklahoma City area.
