Taco Bell - Oklahoma City

I went and the lobby door was unlocked and there were even people on a table, but the worker tells me that the lobby is closed. So I wonder if I can go through the car drive thru and he said that this is up to them so I did and so in standing behind the car in the window and I have not yet ordered, but the worker keeps his head out and tells me that the lobby is open and I can order inside when I want. So I go in and begin to put my order on the kiosk and the type that told me that the lobby was closed, then told me that they only sell tacos and burritos. I can really read the people well and I'm pretty sure he's lying. but none of the other workers was attentive, so I just turned around and went. I guess that's the service they can expect today.

3/16/2022- we ordered on the app, super comfortable. only the question tonight was the waiting time. we visit this place every Tuesday. the personal is great overall. I order on the mobile app for a fast and easy process, and the time in line is not really very long. we tend to lack a product almost every time. the crispy wraps were overwhelming, they seem less fill each time. everything else is pretty good.

This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. Workers were rude and had headphones in and everything was completely wrong. Very simple order and yet everything went wrong from not getting a drink with a meal, to having beans on everything when I requested none. We also paid extra for the SUPREME taco meal which is supposed to include sour cream and the tacos didn’t even come with sour cream. ??

Went with my granddaughter. Food was hot and fresh. My granddaughter got one of their bowls she loved it to the point of cleaning her plate.The staff was very friendly. The lady that took our order was patient when my granddaughter didn't know what to order she ask what her taste were and suggested the bowl. Thank you for being so kind not just to us but I saw how you treat other customers. Great example of customer service.

That is the most bad taco bell on the earth. they're always out of everything. they are rude. they are really terrible. there worked a black lady, but very pleasant, mostly because they are all the time out of everything and that has been running for 2 years.
