Starbucks - Oklahoma City

I came back to oklahoma city due to a business meeting and visited my family. while I visited a Starbucks location in oklahoma city, ok at 200 s oklahoma city, ok 73104, I was threatened by a hired all-round and physically. I'm a long-term daily customer of Toducks. I would say I visit a location of at least 335 days of 365 per year. on the morning of the 5th april 2022 I went in to buy my usual daily cup coffee. I decided to buy a protein box and a cheese and top box as well. while waiting in a pretty long line, I came to theke where I was greeted by a young lady called megan. my order was discussed for a venti size blonde roasts of brewed coffee, including eight packages of agave, sugar free vanilla, cream and the two boxes above. after my order, megan continue to help five other people, pour brewed coffee for a few of them and send the orders for the rest of them to the line that is worked by brandon and charlee. I noticed that everyone waiting for their coffee before I ordered, as well as all in the line after, leave with their coffee. I noticed that a guy working with the hot dips and asked him who the manager was waiting for me and my care for my coffee. he said he was the manager who was later identified as Weston. I explained the service I received, while he led to make my coffee. charlee and brandon began to make the coffee before, and my name was called to go back and forth with the manager who claimed that another customer went with him. they were just not true. my name was never called, and my order was never made. as I said, I'm a daily customer. I order the same exact coffee every day that visits my homestead, as well as many other places during the trip. when ordering a brewing coffee order, the representative who takes the order prepares the coffee order in the order. megan neglected to do this while all other brewed coffee orders placed before and after me, how customers placed their order. charlee did not like that I asked for a manager and was very aggressive behind the line abusive. I asked the manager about her name what he said was something different than charlee. I knew that I would go to the office for charlee's behavior. I had no complaint about one of the other representatives brandon, megan and weston, while I understand that dying can be busy and can be forgotten. While I was so weakened about charlees behavior and the unbelievable about how the manager on service weston overcame my complaining, I started while I was shocking to go out, brandon, megan and charlee began to smile for me to have a good day for me. this area of the entire order is considered to be completely antagonizing. As I arrived at my destination, I noticed that I didn't have my food and went back to dieucks. I went in and spoke to all, while megan, brandon, charlee and weston all looked at me as if they were surprised, I returned. I went into the register that megan advises, I left my order. she said before all, including other customers that she saw that I went out with my bag. I told her I didn't have my bag when I left, and she said she was positiw. megan has explained this fact at least four to five times. here too, I was shocked that a co-worker can tell a customer they lie to leave their order. instead of treating me as a customer, she treated me as a criminal. I looked at the table I originally stood while waiting for my coffee and noticed that my bag sits on the table. After I had brought my bag back, I asked Weston if I could talk to him privately about the treatment and behavior of his personal. he refused to speak to me privately. I asked him for the name of the cash he gave me. this stator annoyed charlee even more where she began to say rude gestors go to me to show on their badge, I said pronounced h

Fast, friendly had a long line. must wait long and our drinks didn't make perfect
