Sonic Drive-in - Oklahoma City

Oh my goodness, I have to say that the service at this restaurant is truly exceptional. The staff are outstanding. I accidentally dropped my wallet out of my car door while trying to swipe my card, and they not only found it but also stored it safely until I came back to retrieve it. All of my cash was still inside. Thank you so much!

I ordered through the mobile app during Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, one of the drinks in our combo meal was incorrect. When I asked the carhop to swap out the drink, she became annoyed with me. In response, she threw one of the Route 44 drinks inside my car, getting the interior wet and sticky. My phone also got wet and had to be taken to Apple for repairs. My husband called the manager right away, who apologized for the incident and mentioned having a serious discussion with the carhop. We also contacted the owner, who was very understanding and even sent us two gift cards to get my car cleaned. I appreciate how well the owner handled the situation and will continue to visit Sonic thanks to their response. The carhop will be held accountable for her actions, and I hope this type of incident will not occur again in the future. Despite the initial mishap, I am giving 5 stars due to the excellent response from the managers and owners.
