Panera Bread - Oklahoma City

I have made an order online to have delivered. I had ordered a chocolate croissant, but they ran out. So they sent a message with my food and said they were sad, they ran out, but they sent a brownie, a chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate chip muffin top. I am very impressed! They would have sent something to the same value or just refunded my money, but instead they sent three different things that try their best!

After a few years, panera brought back the chicken and wild soup. I am so glad that they have it and they serve it more than a day in the week. Although their bakery items depoor as the day goes, eating is fresh, hot and tasty.

The service is terrible. terrible, terrible service. every time I go there, I want to scream. no feeling of urgency, no customer service at all, men's milling to nothing else it takes forever to get their order and the outside terrace is dirty. they need to remove table chairs give a good energy laundry. also make them more that all bagels the day.

No good experience. I remember eating in panera bread and not a good experience. the place was too full and loud. there was a lot of rubbish everywhere. I ordered a suppe, sandwich and water. the suppe was only flavored water, the sandwich was not bad, but the water of conduct tasted bad. not my art.
