Olive Garden Italian - Oklahoma City

We just left, and we are extremely disappointed! Our server, Tiffany H, messed up my drink order twice and got my food order wrong. When we tried to say something, she took away our salad dishes and never returned. No drink refills, no check-ins on our meal, not even when we requested service through the kiosk. We had to ask another staff member for a to-go box. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. We understand everyone has off days, but this was just too much.

Lol. Absolutely fantastic experience. 10/10. Will definitely return. Garrett is amazing and provides excellent service. He truly deserves a raise. We adore Garrett. <3

Olive Garden offers a special promotion each year close to October where you can enjoy unlimited pasta for almost two months. You can choose a different type of pasta and sauce with the option to add various toppings such as sausage, meatballs, or crispy chicken for a small additional cost. Each meal also includes either soup or salad with a variety of soup options to choose from. I recently tried the never ending pasta promotion and everything was superb. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable, and the manager ensured that we were well taken care of. The restaurant was highly professional and clean. This Olive Garden location is definitely deserving of a five-star rating.

I got the chicken gnocchi soup, it was just as amazing as it always is! The salad was super yummy to and can't forget the bread sticks! My order was fast and the service was great!

Never got are food. Service was terrible. Server took 22 minutes to get are drinks.Every time I go there they tell me it is going to be a 10-15 minute wait. And know one is there. Ok top of the wait for are drinks. I told them we just need are check. And the manager came over and told us don’t worry about the drink. I was like O thanks. Never asked way or anything. I will not be going backI will take my money down the street to a much better place. Venezia is much better food. Just wish they had bread sticks and unlimited salad.
