I wish people who do not eat healthy or clean would stop leaving negative reviews. they do not use processed ingredients that are difficult to come. the tomatenbasilikum sandwich is my favorite! her lens soup is beautiful, hearty and tasteful. many thanks for providing good quality, comparatively expensive food for the common!
This is about the cleanest food they can find in okc. everything is extremely fresh and tasteful. if they are working in the city or living and looking for healthier options, I would recommend this place definitiw! my favorite is the tomato basil sandwich that comes with a walnut-based pesto and cashew cheese. from a not vegan, I was skeptical about the cashew cheese, but I must admit, it was so good I think I like it better than the real thing!
I'm a food and love how clean and tasty eating is in nourished. all from the soups, salads, vegan sandwiches and very tasty granolas are always fresh, clean and satisfying. if they want a good cold chocolate shake, then they give the maca oaxaca a try! it is a chocolate mandelmilch (or kokosmilch) smoothie with only one dash of cayenne. very good. the tees are strong and perfect for a cold day. her coffee is my starter in the morning. most of the veggies are cultivated responsibly locally. (keep it local yeah I am a big fan of the beets sandwich and love the lens soup! the friendly quiet nature of the chef and the owners are likely why this delicious place has a strong and loyal...read more
Hard to find. Even in all choices in okc there is somehow a lack of good, clean eating. that was my first time after nourished. I have tried the spring salad, the green salad, asparagus, avocado, pumpkin seeds, cashew cheese, sweet potato cracker and balsamico vinaigrette for $9.99. Although a little expensive, it is less that you would pay for an salate like this in a sit-down restaurant, and I am willing to pay more for locally produced, organic and fresh eating. I wish, however, the salat would be a bit fuller or bigger, just adding some extra salad/green would have been good also I had never had cashew cheese, and after I explain the very friendly owners to me, I...more
It’s not bad. I’m not really a raw-type person. Kale salad wasn’t too bad. Hummus and carrots were good too. Recommended to me by Steven.
