Greetings: eat here or take off! no hello or nice to see you. no thanks after her order. they have to be trained because they all do. Eat: the thousand island on my ruby sandwich was spoiled, funny smell. they made me another and it was the same. no refills on drinks, they just pass and say nothing. someone has to teach them good service, this has been reported to the gm often and still nothing changes

I've been at the location several times, but that'll be my last. to go to eat lasts all the way to long it completely messed up my sandwich. the personal seemed unconscious. I'd rather go 10 minutes further to the moore mcalisters I've always experienced a lot. I wouldn't suggest!

Worst service in any of the stores is SW 104th and western, no one knows what is going on including the manager

Why?. Why would you open a nice place like this and then serve food that is no better than what i can get at 7-11 for outrageous prices? the food here is no good. i ordered a muffleatta adn it almost made me sick i ordered a salad and got 3 leaves of lettuce. i ordered a roast dinner and got 1 smalle piece of roast and a spoon full of mashed potatoes. i gave them plenty of chances. this place must be a tax write off for someone wealth because they sure arent trying to make any good names or good money with food like this. Go to your nearest 7-11 and buy a coule of 99 cent deli sandwiches and you wil be better off.

Nothing Special. With so many around I thought it would be better. I could have gone and grabbed the same stuff from Walmart and make a better sandwich. Really expected better quality. It was $30 for two adults and two kids. Subway makes a way better sandwich. Won't be eating there again.
