Jack In The Box - Oklahoma City

I ordered delivery through Grubhub and it arrived over an hour late, so the food was cold. However, I understand that this is typically an issue with the delivery service and not the restaurant itself. I was disappointed that my Churro dessert, sauces, and straw were missing from my order. When I tried calling the restaurant to explain the situation, they did not answer my calls and even hung up on me several times. This lack of professionalism was frustrating, especially since I had paid for the missing items. Despite this, I am willing to give them another chance for my next order.

I stopped at this restaurant before work and found only cars in the drive-thru line. It seemed like no one was being directed to wait at the next door, but I went ahead and ordered a burger with light sauce. The man working in the drive-thru seemed stressed and was rushing around. I noticed him putting an old fry in someone's bag and scratching his arm without washing his hands. I asked for a refund and another staff member came out and tried to assure me that the man didn't come into contact with any food. However, I found this to be a lie as I had seen him handling my food and money. I was very disappointed with this restaurant.

If you don't have a cheeseburger, you're here for a treat. It's not your averageburger. It's the highest on my fast food scale. Food: 5/5

The guy wasn't very excited about his job. I tried to make him laugh. I didn't know what I wanted, but he tried to hurry. I'm sorry we don't have a Jack-in-The box, we were alive, we needed some time. Parking: heavy, in the drive thru, but a lot of line once in.

This place is very unprofessional, sat in line for over 20 mins just to get to the window be told by the manager that my order was never taking this isn’t the 1st time. Never coming back at all! Then wanted me to wait for another 15 minutes. I’m cool on the location establishment.
