Ihop - Oklahoma City

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant that did not meet my expectations. We ordered the NEW Breakfast family party, which included the Thick’N Fluffy French toast for $29.99 and two orders of Swedish crepes for $22.30. Unfortunately, everything was cold! We live just 2.8 miles away from the restaurant, and the delivery person waited for our order. To make matters worse, we received only a quarter of the scrambled eggs we were supposed to get, along with burnt French toast instead of the "Thick’N Fluffy" version we expected. I tried calling the restaurant twice using the number listed on Google, but nobody answered. Overall, I felt that the quality and quantity of the food did not justify the price we paid.

We dined there quite late, around 2:00 PM, and found plenty of parking available. The food was excellent; I ordered pancakes while he had a burger, and we appreciated the senior meal option, which was much more affordable. This is a huge benefit for seniors on a fixed budget. As for child-friendliness, it’s a great spot for kids, and they also offer handicap parking.

I attempted to dine at the restaurant upon my arrival, but there was a man stationed at the entrance. I was informed that they were only taking orders because the cook was absent, and only the hostess was present. There were three employees in total, one of whom was even sleeping. I wouldn't recommend visiting early, as it seems they prefer not to be interrupted. Ultimately, I left without ordering anything.

We have a family of 5We went around 10, they were very busy .. We were recognized and greeted when we went in the door, they were sitting pretty fast. Our waitress was Ciara she was super sweet and made sure we had our drinks full and we often checked to make sure we had everything we needed, it was wonderful service. I would also like to say that at the top of the busting they had the tables and cleaning/disinfection every table that left .which I was glad to see how clean this restaurant was especially withCOVID-19 I felt very comfortable to know how clean the tables and chairs was. So thank you to the staff and the management of IHOP for the great food and the safe environment!

Philip was amazing. He was very attentive but not overbearing. He relayed our order well. We got exactly what we ordered. The wait time from order place to receiving meal was on point. The food was hot and delicious ? The bathrooms were clean and stocked ?Kid-friendliness: They can decorate the pancakes really cute for the kids my kids didn't come this time but they love IHOP!Parking: 13 regular 3 handicapped parking directly in front. There is also parking along the East side...Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible
