The food is fantastic, the service is top-notch, and this restaurant is quickly becoming one of my go-to dining spots!

My wife and I visited Firebird yesterday for the first time, having been referred by a friend. We had the BBQ ribs, which were among the best ever. The service was superb, and we’ll definitely be back.

Background music too loud to have a conversation, otherwise great

I made a reservation for Friday night at 7:30, but we were seated 20 minutes later. The restaurant was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation. Our drinks were never refilled and they were out of the steak I had ordered. It seemed like they were understaffed. The waitress was pleasant, but below average compared to what we expected. This was my 7th visit to the restaurant and the first time that both the food and service were average or below. I have enjoyed lunch there 4 times before.
