Bandee's Barbecue - Oklahoma City

I'm heartbroken to hear that this place will be closing on September 24, 2023. It has been my home away from home for the past two years. I've had countless wonderful experiences with the incredible staff, talented musicians, and friendly regulars. I encourage everyone to come by and show their support before the doors close for good.

Everything really good, my fist time there and I love mc and cheese and pink lemonade with alcohol Bryan was our server and he is amaizing .. for sure I’ll back

The Texas Twinkies were about the size of my index finger. When I picture Texas Twinkies, especially for $15, I expect them to be HUGE!! The Birria tacos were ok but the sauce they had was too much, every bite it was all sauce. $70 wasn’t worth it to me, I could of went to a nicer restaurant for the same price. Won’t be back.

We waited longer than expected to be greeted by a less than friendly, overweight woman who informed us that her attitude was understandable since she was just a fill-in. It's clear why this place has such a low rating. It seems that no one is dedicated to providing quality service or properly preparing the food.

My wife has a tomato allergy, so finding BBQ restaurants can be tricky. Bandee's really impressed us by going the extra mile to inform her about what she could safely eat without making assumptions or brushing her concerns aside. She was able to enjoy some brisket with Carolina sauce. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and they even brought our dogs a bowl of water on a hot day. We will definitely return, especially since we travel to OKC regularly.
