Leaf Salad - Okemos

I've read many reviews about the expense of this place, however it's really up to the person making the salad to be careful. I have never paid over $7 for a salad and I'm able to put chicken, avocado, eggs, all types of things in there and I put thedressing directly on my salad. U just have to remember that it's gonna be weighed and use mostly veggies. This place islegit...however I got nothing for the smoothie price...I drink water with most meals. Water is free here.

All the foods in the salad bar were very fresh. Large assortment of veggies and dressings.Dietary restrictions: Build your own, so free to avoid anything you don't want.

I love Leaf but my recent experience was not great. Extremely dirty bathroom, supplies/boxes needing unpacking were everywhere throughout the lobby leaving it messy, the walls were filthy with food splatter. I will return at some point but hope it's in better condition in the future. No one wants to eat in filth.Food: 4/5

Loads of fresh greens, veggies, cheeses, fruit, (love the raspberries) and meats. Hot soup is also good. Great when you want healthy on the run.
