Chipotle Mexican Grill - Okemos

The corn salsa was disproportionately piled on the left side of the bowl, which required me to use my fork to spread it out. I would have preferred a more evenly distributed salsa. Additionally, the staff seemed to skimp on the chicken, but they compensated by giving me 23% more guacamole than I typically receive. So, I let that one slide. I ordered a pollo asada bowl, but it arrived with just the chicken and nothing else. It was colder than room temperature, and even after warming it up, it was too salty to eat.

This was my first time at this location, and since Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, I was excited to try it out. However, they need to be more careful when serving food for takeout. My burrito was great, but my daughter's soft tacos were a different story—they were way too messy. They added too much guacamole, and it just turned into a disaster. Everything looked squished together!

Ordered on line for in store pickup. Waited 25 minutes. In that time only orders for the drive through were made. Finally, I asked for a refund and the manager had the nerve to say I was being rude. She did have the kid making the food make my order next and, of course, he made it wrong. The location has been a disappointment since the day it opened and only gets worse. I like the food but not this location.

Save yourself the time and don?t come here. The employees act like you?re a burden to them and they could care less about your time. All moving like snails. I waited 45 minutes in 3 car chipotlane line. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never return. Terrible absolutely brutal service.
