Anna's House - Okemos

Ordered 3 vegan items over the phone about an hour ahead of time. Arrived and were told they were out of vegan egg. He said he couldn't just call me back for some reason, which would have saved us a lot of time. Had to change a couple items and were asked multiple times to confirm we wanted hash browns and whole wheat toast. Took the server almost 5 minutes to type in our order for some reason. Food came out and it was all white bread and no hash browns to be seen. Some other items were missing as well. Also FYI this restaurant donated $20k to Trump. Found this out after the fact and was not surprised given the quality of service.

The vegan menu is impressive. They said they use a different grill for the vegan foods. This place is super busy on weekends. It was good and we plan to go back often.

You guys……. come here asap. They have incredible, delicious vegan breakfast food. I’ve been here like 4 times and have gotten their pancakes, breakfast burrito, and chipotle southwest bowl. Every time I’ve been super full which is pretty rare for me. Menu is a little on the pricey side depending what you order, but it comes with a ton of food. I think they use JUST egg and Incredible meat as their vegan egg/meat substitutes.

Although we were just passing through, if I lived nearby, I would definitely visit this restaurant every week! The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. They also offer beautifully crafted lattes, coffee, and hot chocolate. There are options available for vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters alike. The restaurant is sweetly decorated and the staff is wonderful.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious breakfast options such as eggs, vegan sausage, speck, vegan provolone cheese, vegan butter, and almond or soy milk. The staff was very friendly, making it the best vegan breakfast I have ever had (and I have traveled extensively).
