Applebee's Grill And Okeechobee

Move was good service was horrible... definitely not eating inside this place.. waitresses need to keep their personal issues to themselves..i don't need to hear theyre gossip and problems...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... DEFINITELY IN OKEECHOBEE

Got there at 6pm and were put on a 30-40min wait list, at 45 minutes we asked how long it would be and were told another 30 minutes, 25 minutes later the hostess was finally honest with us and said they were very short staffed and it would probably be another 30 minutes before we were seated and that the kitchen was backed up as well. I wish she would have been honest with us from the start because we ate at another restaurant and didn't finish dinner until 11pm.

Very friendly and polite. the appetizers came hot and fresh on the table and the main course came hot and fresh. the waitress was very attentive and made sure that we didn't need anything and took plates from the table very friendly and timely away, which allowed us more space for our main courses.

If I would give him a 0 star rating! at the beginning, our waiter would go consistently in and out of the restaurant to meet a zigarette or simply to go there and simply to miss out on the performance of his performance, we asked for a certain alcohol-free special drink, on which the waiter sure the drink could be made right, while also a drink with eis and sire was impossible. we took one and returned him to our waiter. the new “Hot Cheetos” boneless wing for $2 with a boneless wing was offered, we bought a boneless wing shell to add the $2 hot Cheetos boneless wings. we received our food, which was mediocre overall, and when the bill came back, the problems came up with it. the “Specialty” drink was still on the register card (considering the fact that we have made our concern aware of our waiters and waiters), they also added the “hot Cheetos court as a separate purchase on our register card. we brought this to our waitresses, to whom the rude manager came, and didn't hear a word that came out of our mouth. At the beginning we told him that the drink didn't taste properly, to which he totally disregarded how we felt and explained that the reason why it was badly soaked because it was intended for alcohol was not our fault! he also explained that the hot Cheetos boneless wings would no longer be a $2 add on and that we would pay for them in full price. I am disgusted and feel completely dehumanized, this applebee is in special no longer interested in the customer experience, they are interested in tacting as quickly as possible. unprofessional.

We went there for my Birthday lunch. We had cheese burgers and a house salad. The salad was so good. When the burger and fries came we had just finished the salad. The burger was so juicy and full of flavor! We sent compliments to the chef. I like that put salt and pepper on the fries. Thier tarter sauce was so good. The staff that waited on us was super friendly. She was right on us for anything we needed. They gave me an ice cream shooter for my birthday.
