Old Bay Steamer - Okaloosa County

OMG! We called every where looking for a restaurant that served lobster. Out of the eight restaurants we called, only one served lobster! Old Bay Steamer did not disappoint! Service was great! Servers were great! Oysters on the half shell were huge and delicious! And the lobster! OMG! Cook perfectly and sooo delicious! Some of the best we have ever had! If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a nice lobster dinner, then look no further, Old Bay Steamers is the place to go!

We arrived on 8-31-24 about 8pm ish with a group of 7 the atmosphere was nice are waiter was amazing sweet and very kind and hard working and understanding Now on to the food we order a bunch of stuff as appetizers and main courses me and my husband chose to pick the steamer for 2 witch was (shrimp, crab , corn an potato’s)it arrived we where missing the shrimp in our pot and the food that was brought out to us was unseasoned no juices just bland seafood with a lil obey seasoning By time are waiter had brought us our shrimp out everyone else was done eating and basically waiting on the check was not the waiter fault but for the price the food was terrible I would recommend eat else we’re

The old fashion was wonderful. Cats in the back was awesome. Friendly felines that allowed themselves to be petted!

We had a great experience at this establishment. It did not feel like your typical tourist trap restaurant st the beach. We enjoyed everything. Drinks were good even their salad dressing was good. Oh and great service too. Very attentive and knowledgeable. We got both crab dips. Basic steamer for 2. Corn, red potaotes, crab, and shrimp. Shrimp were great served with heads on. I hadn't seen that before. Interesting and different. This was a large serving. Could have easily served 4. I thought good value for the price. I would return if were in the area again.

I was sooooo pleasantly surprised by this place!!!! The esthetic was witchy and eclectic. I didn’t expect the vibe the place gave. The art, the plants….please sit upstairs with the fairy lights. The food was seasoned just enough so you could still taste the seafood and not be bland. 10/10 would go back! .
