Deia Beach - Oistins

I have been to Deia twice and both times the service has been poor. Although our servers were pleasant, our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and the time it took for us to be seated and then to be served, was far too long. We waited a whole hour after being seated to receive our first drink and then 45mins for our second order. Our drinks were taken off of the bill in the end, which was thoughtful of the server, but by this time we were already disgruntled. We also had several servers which seemed to complicate things because they didn’t know if we had been attended to or not. We loved the food and the atmosphere but unfortunately the service spoilt the birthday celebration. I would only recommend based on the food but it isn’t a place you can go if you are thirsty or hungry because you will be waiting a long time…

The service was too slow and inattentive. No water provided. Had to request several times. Dirty plates on table for prolonged period. Food was great. Service poor. Waitress was pleasant but would suggest more training is required.

Nice beach side restaurant, good atmosphere and food really nice, slightly over priced for what you get.

Lovely setting on the beach, food OK, service we had was not good, know one came to meet us as we arrived, we booked a table and it was as if we hadn't. 20 min at the table before we were approached for a drink. Locals seen to get good service though!!
